  • Each session may look different depending on your physical and mental goals and limitations, however, you can expect to be holding poses from anywhere between 2-5 minutes. You will be laying down on your back, belly, or side-body with minimal time standing or otherwise.

    We will conclude each practice by sealing your Sankalpa (your heart’s intention) through a guided meditation.

  • Wear any clothing that you are comfortable in. I suggest loose-fit clothes to give yourself space and ease through the postures.

  • Avoid high-intensity exercise like running or heavy weight-training before and after our session. This will ensure optimal results and minimize risk of injury. The structure of the tissues after a yin practice is quite fluid and loose, thereby intense workouts could result in unideal outcomes.
