Manifest Love & Abundance: Heart-Opening Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra Workshop
Join me for a transformative Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra workshop designed to open your heart and create space for the manifestation of your deepest desires. As we move into the season of love, it’s the perfect time to reconnect with yourself, open your heart, and align with the energy of love, abundance, and gratitude.
We'll begin with a heart-opening Yin Yoga sequence that gently releases tension, allowing you to soften into your body and open your heart space. Through mindful, long-held postures, we’ll focus on the chest, shoulders, and hips—areas where emotional blockages and stress can accumulate—releasing what no longer serves you. These postures will help increase the flow of energy to your heart chakra, inviting compassion, love, and emotional healing.
Following the physical practice, we’ll ease into a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to deepen the connection with your heart. In this deeply restorative practice, you will drift into a state of conscious relaxation, where the mind becomes still, and the heart is free to expand. Guided visualizations and affirmations will help you cultivate love, abundance, and gratitude, empowering you to manifest your heart’s true desires. You’ll be gently led to a place of inner peace, where your dreams are allowed to grow and flourish.
To conclude the practice, we’ll serve organic hot lavender tea, providing a calming, aromatic experience as you reflect on any visions, epiphanies, memories, or flashes of insight that may have arisen during the practice. This quiet reflection time allows you to integrate the wisdom and energy of the session into your daily life.
